Lounge on the Lake...Fly through the Air
Perfect weather helped make this an unforgettable day! Fosters Beer treated us to a flightline adventure at Bootleg Canyon, kayaking on Lake Mead, and delicious lunch at Hemenway Park in Boulder City.
The perfect kayak trip for all skill levels, (including those with no experience), this relaxing journey is a must!. Cruise out to the Boulder Islands for a leisurely hike, look for seashells on the beaches, and take a swim in the largest man-made lake in the United States. The waters are crystal clear and you can often spot fish swimming in the water beneath your boat.
Have you ever imagined soaring from the top of a mountain with an eagle’s eye view? Or envisioned a new way of exploring a mountain terrain without leaving a trace of your journey behind? Well, we DID it! And it was awesome, especially the second time, after we conquered our fears by going the first time!
After all the excitement, we had a great meal at Hemenway Park in Boulder City, and the Bighorn Sheep were wandering around throughout it all.
Lots of food, lots of Fosters Beer...we missed our regular entertainer, John Houston of Nasa Records, and look forward to seeing him on the next Fosters Adventure.
